Pereka.my is owned by Eminent Creative Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia under registration number 729205-U and having its registered address at 1A-3, Plaza Mayang, Jalan SS 26/9, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Credit card payments that you make through the Site will be processed by our payment service provider, iPay88.com, a company registered in Malaysia.

By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions. The Site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Anything that you submit to the Site and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.

Personal Information obtained will not be sold, exchanged or otherwise disclosed to any parties. Note that pereka.my do not hold any credit card and/or credit cardholders’ details or information. Pereka.my reserves the right to modify and change the Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on our website. You should check this Policy each time you access our website so as to be aware of the most recent applicable version of the Policy. If you believe that your privacy has been breached by Pereka.my, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or bank account charged.

All payments are made online via iPay88, the third party online payment gateway linked to our Website. Any refund of payment made by pereka.my shall be at the sole discretion of Website’s management team. The Company does not have any control over and is not responsible or liable for payment service rendered by iPay88 who will be fully responsible for any disputed and/or discrepancy of payment in the event of any disagreement between customer and the online payment service.

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photos, video, underlying source code and software shall remain our property. All digital images during the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of pereka.my and cannot be used for personal design or reproduction outside of pereka.my. All illustrations (custom and template) are copyright of pereka.my and may not be reused without permission. All rights are reserved.

The Company makes no guarantee as to the currency, accuracy, or quality of information published and/or archived on this Website, nor will the Company accept any responsibility for other organisations, businesses, and private persons that provide information on this Site. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products in the website as accurate as possible. However, due to various monitor display settings, we cannot guarantee that what you see is 100% accurate.

All information on this Site regarding products and services provided by the Company is subject to change without notice. Reasonable efforts are taken to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all information provided here, but the Company is not responsible for misprints, out-of-date information, or errors. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information contained on this Site.

Upon payment confirmation, we require 2 days to process the order and delivery will take 5 days to 3 weeks, depending on domestic or international order. Pereka.my will not be held responsible for late delivery due to the fault of the shipping company or any other circumstance. You, as the customer, will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of your respective country.

In addition to the personal information outlined above, when you register a pereka.my account with us, you shall be asked if you would like to subscribe to our marketing and promotional materials from time to time. If you choose to subscribe, you are deemed to have consented to us processing your personal information for this purpose. You can always choose to unsubscribe from marketing information at any time by opting for the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material.

As our items are produced in limited sets of 999 only, there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case, please feel free to email us about your interest and we’ll notify you when the item is expected back in stock.
